Pocket Kings let 180 employees go

Full Tilt firm Pocket Kings are now letting 180 employees leave with immediate effect, more than a third of the company’s workforce. The reasons are reorganizing as a result of lost revenue.

Irish company, Pocket Kings Ltd, which provides technology and support poker room Full Tilt has informed 180 employees of termination due to redundancy. The notice came four weeks ago. After a period of consultation has now been reduced slightly the number of words.

According to information from concerned employees to those affected have been offered contractual severance pay and allowances, and the reasons given for the redundancies was reorganized as a result of the loss of revenue from the U.S. and Europe.

Pocket Kings Ltd had 500 employees in Dublin before the redundancies.
